Alorica will add an additional 600 full-time positions at its High Point customer engagement service office, in the second phase of a major expansion. Alorica, headquartered in Irvine, Calif., has emerged as the largest provider of customer service solutions in the U.S. and the third-largest globally. Today’s announcement follows 800 jobs that Alorica’s announced that it would adding at the same facility late last year.
