Equus Capital Partners is developing a 37.8 acres site with a 340,750-square-foot light industrial spec building at the southeast corner of Guilford College Road and West Market Street, only a few minutes from Interstate 40, I-73 and I-840.

CBRE Triad is marketing the project as I-40 Industrial Center Greensboro with delivery scheduled for second quarter 2023.

The building will have 36-foot ceilings, 35 docks and 50-foot x 54-foot column spacing with a 60-foot speed bay. Parking will include 234 surface spots and 48 trailer spots.
